It is almost impossible to conceive of a people without culture for this would mean
that such people do not experience or have any knowledge about the world.
Culture
determines the perspective or purview through which the world around a people is
understood. It shapes their values, practices, behaviours, beliefs, attitudes,
perceptions, and conduct. Robert Alan said Cultural differences should not separate us from each other, but rather cultural diversity brings a collective strength that can benefit all of humanity.
Tarok culture in it rich nature is with the need to be revive and preserve as many cultural practices are going into extinction.
